Sponsor Terms

These Sponsor Terms apply to promotional placements purchased for the Scroller Sponsor Feed at scroller.ai/sponsors. The campaign is operated by Scroller, Inc. These placements appear on the campaign page only. They do not place advertising in Scroller users' email accounts or inside the Scroller app.

Placement and term

A Standard Feed Spot includes the approved sponsor name, logo or avatar, subject line, short message, optional image, destination link, and assigned sponsor number. A placement described in campaign materials as permanent remains published for as long as Scroller reasonably operates and maintains the Sponsor Feed. It is not a promise that Scroller, the website, or the campaign will operate forever.

Review and approval

Every submission is subject to Scroller's review. Scroller may reject, remove, or request changes to content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious, infringing, impersonating another person or organization, or otherwise inappropriate for the campaign. Scroller may make reasonable formatting, capitalization, cropping, or layout changes without changing the substance of a sponsor's claims.

If Scroller cannot approve a submission after reasonable attempts to resolve an issue, Scroller will refund the placement price. Rejection does not automatically initiate an immediate refund, and the sponsor should allow reasonable processing time.

Your content and destination

You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for submitted names, trademarks, logos, images, copy, and links. You are responsible for the accuracy of your claims and for the content, availability, safety, and legal compliance of the destination website. You grant Scroller a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, resize, reproduce, and display submitted assets for the Sponsor Feed and related promotion of the campaign.

Prohibited content

Submissions may not contain malware, scripts, unsafe redirects, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful goods or services, impersonation, deceptive claims, hate or harassment, sexually explicit material, or content designed to compromise users or Scroller systems. Scroller may remove content when required by law, security needs, third-party rights, provider policy, or material reputational risk.

No performance guarantee

A sponsorship purchases a reviewed promotional placement, not a guaranteed number of views, clicks, leads, sales, conversions, search rankings, or business outcomes. Feed position follows sponsor number under the current campaign design, but Scroller may make reasonable product, accessibility, performance, or legal changes to the page.

Payment, refunds, and disputes

Payments are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, may be collected during checkout. Refunds are available when Scroller determines that it cannot approve a submitted placement. Refunds are generally not available after publication except where required by law or agreed by Scroller. Chargebacks, fraud, or payment reversals may cause a placement to be archived or removed.
